Job Description:

We are looking for people, who can utilize their existing life & industry experience, to join us at Consultant & Senior Consultant upwards into a variety of our different disciplines & markets. Over a short period of time, you will be actively recruiting in a full scope, 360-degree model.

- This includes being responsible for all aspects of the candidate & client cycle - generating new assignments through structured business development and learning the Industry's best practice in consultative candidate care.

The Successful Candidate:

- In order to start with us as a Consultant or upwards, you ought to have already embarked on a successful career (perhaps 3 to 5 years) & have evidence of achievement in this early stage of your career.

- You will want to maintain your Technical or Specialist experience but now move away from the Operational side into a role where the emphasis is on dealing with people.
