Job Description - Ensure the maintenance of processes that work, and the reinvention of procedures that impede sales. Ultimately, a fantastic experience centre manager will liaise with our team of marketing specialists to ensure that our company is a preferred provider within the target audience.

In India, they have an ever-increasing footprint and are extremely driven in their endeavor to offer the best in class products and consumer experience. They need a fantastic Experience Centre Manager to lead the responsibility for the same.
Description
- Drive Sales using Experience centre as a tool
- Engage with North region channel partners, invite them to demonstrate new product launches
- Manager day to day operations of Experience and training centre
- Be able to interpret how the customer thinks and feels and therefore, be able to provide some statistics on sales trends and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure experience centre is best in class facility and have all the equipment in good working condition at all times
- Act as the company experience ambassador for all visitors to the centre, be able to explain and demonstrate features of products
- Oversee facility upgrades and enhancements to keep the experience centre current with the latest company product innovations
- Work closely with the local salesforce to follow up on leads, new project opportunities that have been generated by the centre
- Coordinate with Public relations and social media teams to leverage marketing and event activity to build brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities
- Manage the budget for the experience centre
