What you'll be doing :
Business development and revenue generation :
- Revenue growth through existing portfolio and identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for the existing client base
- Recommend product, sales or marketing changes to maximize value and increase product penetration
Customer management :
- Managing clients from a day to day basis for all their requirements with respect to the fraud prevention solutions offered by Experian
- Actively develop an effective and wide network of existing and new clients
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of Fraud vertical market sectors that are important to Experian and our client businesses
- Act as voice of the customer to ensure product development, enhancement and localisation priorities reflect our customer's business requirements and support our business growth objectives
- Regularly publish current and emerging industry trends within the CUG
Internal Dependency :
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with peers and stakeholders internally with product and delivery functions
Industry compliance :
- Assurance of compliance with all regulatory requirements of areas of regulated businesses for which he/she is responsible
What you'll need to bring to the team :
- Good understanding of financial services, insurance or other relevant industries
- Understanding of Experian or equivalent tools and solutions
- Understanding of fraud prevention solutions available in the industry would be preferred.
