Expense Management Role - CA

Roles & Responsibility -

- Cost controller for following expenses: Freight, Travel, BRG, Admin, L&P, IT, communication Commercial department and other functions

- Release of expenses OAAP to respective functions and work with function on key issues and initiatives.

- Finalize expense budgets and ensure costs are in line V/s budget.

- Identifying issues in data, accounting, reporting and correction of the same. Training of employees to correct above errors so as to have a more robust actionable data for the cost owners.

- Work closely with cost owners in Identifying areas of process improvements and cost saving initiatives and track its implementation against targets

- Analyzing expense dashboards sent to the cost owner on monthly basis including KPIs, cost trends and Budget exceptions.

- Conduct financial evaluations, cost benefit analysis for various proposals submitted by the functions

- Work with Logistic team to ensure a proper DRM report as per index is prepared for primary & secondary freight and ensure monthly review takes place.

- Set up monthly internal review meetings and cross-functional review meetings for discussing spends for the month and finalizing action plan for exceptions identified

Experience & Skills:

- Qualified CA with 2 to 3 years of minimum experience.
