Job Description: As the Vice President of Resource Augmentation, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of Expand My Business. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire client onboarding process, from lead generation to the closure of client requirements. Leveraging your extensive experience in resource augmentation and client management, you will lead a team of professionals to identify, engage, and onboard clients while ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies for client acquisition and onboarding.
- Achieve a remarkable growth of 50 x from 6x within a span of one year.
- Oversee the lead generation process, utilizing various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing to identify potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, tracking progress and optimizing strategies to maximize conversion rates.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the client onboarding team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the supply of resources that will be placed in clients' company, ensuring that resources are placed, tracking/monitoring their performance to a high satisfaction level for the client, growing accounts, retaining clients.
- Represent EMB at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance our visibility and reputation in the marketplace.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in resource augmentation, client management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in client acquisition and onboarding.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics within the industry or sector.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and demanding environment.
