Senior Manager| Associate Director _Marketing Delivery
Job Description:
We are searching for an enthusiastic Associate Director with a "can-do" attitude to assist our organization in enhancing our organization's image, improve client loyalty, and enhance our brand-to-client experience. The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, superb interpersonal skills, multi-tasking skills, and excellent time-management Associate Director should reinforce client-to-business relations, improve the organization's image, and effectively deliver on event objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
- Contribute to the sales and profitability requirements of the business as determined by the strategic plans.
- Liaison with clients for delivery, demand management, billing and new opportunities
- Program manage post-sales execution of EMB.
- Maintain awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, and new industry developments and standards.
- Manage the execution of multi-channel marketing and advertising communications programs that can include email, direct mail, digital, web, event, collateral, and other marketing communications.
- Write creative briefs/work orders for projects and run project/creative kick-off meetings.
- Manage creative development of multiple projects with many versions.
- Assist with strategy development.
- Assist in creating presentations, POVs, test planning, etc.
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with internal teams and clients.
- Ensure flawless execution of projects.
- Coordinate with project manager to develop schedules. Partner with project manager during the production phase of a project.
- Manage the project schedules to ensure completion on time. Surface any unresolved timing or resource issues with the Partner agency.
- Develop rapport and partnering relationships with key clients. Build the relationship by demonstrating a genuine sense of responsibility for the success of the business.
- Manages project estimates to ensure projects stay on budget. Assist Partner agency with accruals or budget reporting as needed.
- Involved in project-level strategy planning/development.
- Develop a deeper understanding of the client's business and the automotive environment by actively learning about business, products, and the competitive environment.
- Based on knowledge of business and industry, bring forward and identify new initiatives and opportunities.
- Writes presentations, POVs, test plans, and recommendations for projects.
- Understand fast past nature of business and positively respond to last-minute client requests.
- Sufficient presence to be respected by clients and internally.
Work Experience:- 6+ years of work experience in roles such as techno-business roles, strategy & operations. consulting, program management etc.
- Astute business sense and analytical ability with great articulation skills.
- Deep industry knowledge of 1-2 B2B industries.
- Prior operations and project/vendor-management experience.
Knowledge/ Skills:
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch, high emotional intelligence.
- Superior research skills and resourcefulness to draw logical conclusions with often limited information.
