EMB is looking forward to building a world class product for buyers and partners and thus hiring for several marketing positions.

Job Description:

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for performance marketing campaigns across major marketing channels (Google, Facebook, SEO/ ASO, Programmatic, Affiliates, Retargeting, Instagram, etc). You will help create & execute a strategy for lead acquisition and also lead nurturing. Along with running the accounts, you will also contribute to our overall growth strategy nationally as well as at a category level through various growth-related initiatives & projects. You will also be working closely with the Product, Operations and Analytics teams. Additionally, if you have excellent reasoning and data analysis skills then you would be a person of interest. Having a good grasp of English and a thorough understanding of web/ app-based businesses and knowledge of MS Excel would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for business growth

- Optimizing channels to deliver the best ROI while ensuring targets are met.

- Ensure process improvements pro-actively and improve operational efficiency

- Lead monthly business & budget planning & ensure proper execution of the same

- Periodic reporting to management on the performance of campaigns

- Gathering insights into campaigns and consumer behavior and implementing the learnings

- Developing and executing new and innovative strategies for lead acquisition

- Continuous experiment & run A/B Testing on campaigns, messaging & targeting to improve ROI

- Interface with key stakeholders in order to plan and execute campaigns

- Provide clear and actionable insights to the business stakeholders

- Drive execution on strategic high impact projects for steep growth

- Coordinating & driving end-to-end cross-functional projects in collaboration with business stakeholders.

Proactively identify opportunities for business growth on work on the problem statements

- Providing regular feedback to the product team

- Improvement of Funnels & Lead quality

Eligibility criteria:

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Engineering/Technology

- MBA preferred

- In-depth understanding of marketing strategy & Channels

- Supervision and execution of paid channels

- Owner of RoI driven digital marketing i.e: user acquisition, re-marketing & re-engagement.

- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments

- Finding new ways to leverage the channels for professional and business purposes.

- Ability to analyze reports and available data to formulate business insights and make major decisions impacting strategic outcomes

- Ability to identify requirements of the organization's information systems and participate in decision-making processes with key stakeholders to decide what kind of Predictive and Forecasting Reports need to be created and published.

- Demonstrates the ability to make unpopular and difficult decisions when necessary.

- Ability to look beyond the obvious solutions and ways of working and create better reports or more efficient ways of reporting.

- 4-5 yrs of experience handling performance/ growth marketing
