Job Description:

- We are looking for individuals looking for rapid growth in a fast-growing startup environment. - A high performing business development associate understands the bigger picture and the vision the company has.


- He/she/they must love finding new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients. There is complete ownership to directly impact the company's top-line and expansion of our customer base. We expect that you love selling, and that you are self-driven and result oriented. This is a very high growth role in the organization and will be the bed-rock of taking up newer managerial opportunities in India and abroad.

Responsibilities:

- Understand client requirements and pitch the relevant solution.

- Active front-end selling and cross-selling to potential buyers over the platform.


- Extensive coordination with EMB partners to close deals.


- Deliver daily progress, revenue and activity reports for all clients.

- Analyze, research, recommend and implement processes and systems.

- Outbound client acquisition through social media and networks.

- Keeping track of all the documentation required for a transaction.

- Helping both buyers and sellers in an ongoing transaction.

- Maintain regular contact with clients to gain deeper understanding of their needs and concerns and work with internal teams to resolve those.

- Take in-person meetings with clients locally as and when required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains management-level staff in the department.

- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.

- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Thorough knowledge of Blockchain.

- Proven 1-2 years of work experience ideally in a B2B sales environment/Blockchain sales consultant experience.

- Demonstrated initiative, boldness and flexibility.

- Handsome years of experience in IT/ SaaS sales

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both English and Arabic

- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

- Focused and goal-oriented

- Solid grasp of IT projects, how IT business models work and the latest key industry trends, etc.

Knowledge/ Skills:

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch, high emotional intelligence

- Superior research skills and resourcefulness to draw logical conclusions with often limited information

- Excellent communication

- Senior executive presence

- Good people management skill
