Job Description: A high performing business development associate understands the bigger picture and the vision the company has. He/she/they must love finding new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients in the blockchain domain. There is complete ownership to directly impact the company's top-line and expansion of our customer base. We expect that you love selling, and that you are self-driven and result oriented. This is a very high growth role in the organization and will be the bed-rock of taking up newer managerial opportunities in India and abroad.
Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of blockchain technology, its applications, and industry trends.
- Understand client requirements and pitch the relevant solution in the blockchain industry.
- Active front-end selling and cross-selling to potential buyers over the platform.
- Extensive coordination with EMB partners to close deals.
- Deliver daily progress, revenue and activity reports for all clients.
- Analyze, research, recommend and implement processes and systems.
- Outbound client acquisition through social media and networks for blockchain solutions.
- Keeping track of all the documentation required for a transaction.
- Helping both buyers and sellers in an ongoing transaction.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to gain deeper understanding of their needs and concerns and work with internal teams to resolve those.
- Take in-person meetings with clients locally as and when required.
Requirements:
- Understanding or prior experience of 2-4 Years in Blockchain sales environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales productivity tools.
- Good communication skills (both English and Hindi).
- Demonstrated initiative, boldness and flexibility.
