- We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who possesses a strong drive for results.
- Duties for the customer success manager will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining on-going customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs, contributing to sales, and minimizing churn.
- She/he should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Understand customer's business and help them leverage Exly's offerings to the maximum
- Sustain Exly's growth by ensuring retention
- Provide unique insights based on customer interactions to support product development
- Setup processes and systems for customer support
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
Requirements :
- Interpersonal skills, ability to form strong relationships
- Experience in setting up customer success systems and processes
- Analytical, ability to identify root cause of issues and fix problem systematically
