Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing & Ad Tech Optimization:
- Monitor campaign performance and drive optimization for key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROI.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimise ad creatives and landing pages for better performance.
- Stay updated on the latest ad tech trends, tools, and platforms.
- Evaluate and implement new ad tech solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
Client Management:
- Maintaining a very strong rapport with all the clients that are a part of the funnel marketing business
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communications across channels and deploy necessary solutions as and when required.
Retention and Expansion:
- Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and identify opportunities for account expansion
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Customer Advocacy:
- Cultivate a culture of customer advocacy within the team.
- Collect and leverage customer feedback to drive product enhancements
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyse campaign data to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Generate regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Work closely with the media teams to develop to ensure continuous flow of leads required for the business to grow
Product Adoption:
- Drive customer understanding and adoption of Exly's SaaS solutions.
- Provide guidance on optimizing the use of our products to meet customer goals.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, content, media, finance and tech teams to ensure alignment and integration of revenue operations with overall business objectives.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members as needed.
Requirement:
- 4+ yrs of experience in customer facing role & Business Ops
- Sound understanding of the online advertising ecosystem including META, Google, YouTube, twitter etc
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- A strong affinity and understanding of numbers, understanding of percentages and commissions, etc.
- Combination of post-sale and sales experience with Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
