Job Brief:

- Exly's Growth Partnership Programme is a performance marketing driven acquisition channel that aims to build active and strong partnerships with creators, educators, coaches specifically in the Indian coaching industry.

- It seeks to build a scalable revenue channel for new clients through a blend of marketing and automation.

- As part of your role as a Business Development Manager, you would be required to build new partnerships and launch new categories to expand the current portfolio of this channel.

Requirements:

- Build Outbound reach out strategies to prospect new clients via multiple social media channels.

- Responsible for lead generation and driving end to end sales pipeline through inbound & outbound cold calling.

- Responsible for new business development and achieving set targets.

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

- Identify and engage key prospects, while pitching Exly's Growth Partnership Programme to relevant clients.

- Crafting sales pitch strategies for building a strong top of funnel for client acquisition.

- Actively manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

- Market research to identify competitor offerings and channels to build USP for Exly.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in SaaS Selling and Digital Marketing Agencies would be preferred.

- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing channels i. Meta Ads, Google Ads (Preferred but not mandatory)

- 1 - 3 years of experience in an early-stage start-up environment and inherent hustle factor would be an advantage.

- Fluent communication and strong analytical skills.

- Target Driven Approach.

- Smart, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
