EXL Services - Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS/CA

The FP&A Manager performs a wide range of duties that may include, but not limited to :

- Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long term planning process.

- Analyzing actuals against budget/forecast and prior year.

- Support decision making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance utilizing BI tools.

- Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan using previous trends.

- Perform adhoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making.

Requirements :

- Significant analytics skillset, including the utilization of BI and reporting tools.

- Strong quantative abilities.

- Able to solve complex problems.

- Excellent communication skill with ability to build relationship.

- Professional qualification such as full time MBA( Tier 1 institutes) / CA

Qualification Experience

CA 4 to 5 yrs

IIM's 1 Yr +

MBA other Teir 1 Institutes upto 2 to 3 yrs
