- 5+ years- of experience in product management and Bid Data

- Has managerial skills, preferably from IIMs with a prior engineering background

- Ability to understand business requirements and communicate with Technical Teams

- Solid knowledge of Application Development Life Cycle

- Experience with Agile Methodology

- Experience with Version Control
