EXL Service - SQL & Tableau Professional

A successful candidate should demonstrate the following :

- Minimum 1+ years of relevant work on Tableau platform experience needed for a successful candidate

- Experience in BI reporting solution development

- SQL development experience with understanding of relational and multi-dimensional design

- Knowledge of BI tool architectures, functions, and features

- Strong analytical and technical skills with ability to analyze issues, assess technical risks, and recommend sound solutions in a timely manner

- Adeptness to learn new technologies and applications quickly

- Strong communication skills in working closely with customers

- Hands on experience on Tableau 7.x & Tableau 8.x and relevant features such as data blending

- Ability to use complex expressions to calculate, group, filter, parameterize, optimize and format custom dashboards/reports

- Tableau Excellent visualization experience - charts, bars, images, dynamic reports etc

- Tableau SME with strong expertise in Tableau visualization / Reporting, create prototypes, demo prototypes on complex projects

- Deploy dashboards/reports to Tableau server environment
