EXL Service - Senior Manager/AVP - SAS/R/Python/Hadoop - US Health Insurance

Level: SM/ AVP

Location: Noida

Role and responsibility:

- Perform inferential and descriptive statistical analysis of clinical and financial healthcare data.

- Should have expertise and hands-on experience in inferential and descriptive statistical Modeling, data management

- Should have experience in analyzing US health insurance and clinical data.

- Should have experience of using SAS (preferred), R, Python, Big Data Hadoop etc.

- Experience in health outcome studies, clinical trials designs and execution, population health management is a plus.

- Experience in machine learning techniques is a plus.

Candidate requirement:

- Masters\ Bachelors in engineering, Masters or PhD in Econometrics, Statistics, Operations research with 6+ years of relevant working experience.

- R, SAS, Python, Hadoop, Big Data, Inferential statistics, data management, descriptive statistics, machine learning, US health insurance and clinical healthcare.

- Role will also involve leading team at offshore/onshore location.

- Candidate is expected to bring in a consultative mindset and problem solving approach and drive analytical throughput for the team

- Candidate should have excellent communication skills to interact with senior clients

- Candidate should have excellent people management skills and must have team lead experience of 20+ size team for at least 12 months in similar domain

- Candidate should be open to travel to client locations (US) as required for short term visits

- Strong sense of accountability and decisiveness in a strong work ethic culture

- Experience working in a team of analysts with a common goal and will have a strong understanding of the cards business dynamics that will drive the analyses.
