Senior Business Analyst - Decision Analytics

Key Responsibilities / Role :

- Provides input to the development of key metrics in a dashboard

- Innovative in designing/packaging the dashboard

- Provides design support for the development of business intelligence solutions

- Works on multiple tasks/projects as team member

- Provides subject matter expertise for key BI core Functions

- Participates in work stream planning process including inception, technical design, development, testing and delivery of BI solutions

- Works with internal and external customers to gather and validate requirements

- Provides input to business requirements for the design of solutions

- May determine and analyze commonly used Queries and Reports

- May lead or provide direction for the planning, designing and execution of user testing efforts

- Provides guidance, training and problem solving assistance to other team members

Candidate profile :

Typically requires 2+ years of Tableau experience and any one of the programming languages :

- R

- SQL

- Python

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or specialized training/certification from top-tier institutes

- Knowledge of one or more business functional areas. Prior Retail experience is a plus

- Knowledge of Informatica/D3 is a plus

- Proactively takes lead in building and leveraging relationships internally and externally/ client
