EXL Service - Senior Business Analyst/Assistant Manager/Manager - R/Python Modeling

Job Description:

- Candidate must be adept in implementation of Artificial Intelligence and machine learning algorithms.

- Hands on experience in tools such as Python/R (Min 2-3 year exp. on Python preferred).

- Candidates will work on building solution for various client requirements using various statistical methodologies.

- Candidate must be having exceptional problem-solving skills.

- In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms such as - Multiple linear regression, Logistic regression, SVM, decision trees, Neural networks, Natural language processing

- Coordination with Clients and help in Designing & Implement analytic solutions.

- Ability to analyze and understand business processes across industry sectors and relevant KPIs

- Clear understanding of probability and statistical inference fundamentals

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, quick learner and constant focus on knowledge enhancement

- Good knowledge on marketing analytics, targeting and campaign management

- Interacts with onshore counterparts for requirement and diagnostic information gathering.

- Any additional tasks assigned by Team/ Project Manager.

- Ensures adherence to policies, procedures, standards and compliance

Eligibility Criteria:

- In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms

- 3-8 years of experience in Machine Learning methodologies

- Good communication skills is a must

- Can independently manage tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Team/Project Manager

- All shortlisted candidates will undergo detailed BGC and any failure will result in termination

- Healthcare/Insurance knowledge is a plus.
