Responsibilities:
- Responsible for making presentations and business insights to the senior management
- Achieve expertise and excellence in digital marketing analytics pertaining to e-commerce and brick-and-mortar retailers
- Responsible for creating collateral, architecting the solution, pre-sales (creating pitch decks)
Competencies and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in digital marketing domain
- Hands on experience with Google Analytics tools like Site Catalyst & Omniture
- Proficient in data handling, understanding, analysis and interpretation of results
- Prior experience in web analytics, clickstream analysis, attribution modeling, design of digital marketing campaigns, reporting etc.
- Specific work experience in e-commerce or retail is essential
- Should have clarity in articulating a problem statement based on the domain expertise, formulating hypotheses and ensuring data collected, aggregated can test those hypotheses
- Ability to break down the work required, create project plans, get buy-in from stakeholders and manage efforts against the plan
- An individual with excellent communication skills
- Create test and learn approach from the learnings gained through the analytical exercise
- Understanding of event-based analytics platforms like Snowplow, Keen.io and/or Mixpanel"
- Understanding of AWS & Google Big Query database services
