1. Identifying trends, patterns and critical business insights using leading analytical tools like SAS

2. Own and manage all data

3. Contribute to building the analytical construct directed towards solving the business problem

4. Working with the business team to specify analysis tasks to generate insights

5. Providing leverage to the team leads in building client ready presentations based on the analysis

Candidate profile:

- Engineering/Masters/Bachelors/MCA from top-tier academic institutions with 4-6 years of professional experience

- Preferred experience in an offshore Analytics / Solutions Delivery environment

- Strong academic performance

- Must possess superior analytical and quantitative skills

- Ability to structure constructs directed to solving business problems

- Exhibit an outstanding ability to communicate

- Desire to leverage technical competence to solve business problems in an information rich environment

- Team player with demonstrated leadership potential who can lead teams independently in future

- And have the willingness to take initiative required of Decision Analytics member.
