Manager/ Senior Manager - Investment Accounting Role, Noida SEZ

Education Requirements

- Graduate in Accounting / Commerce with at least 15 years of education.

- MBA/ M.Com / Chartered Accountant / CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

Work Experience Requirements

- Qualified Accountant with 8+ years of experience in Investment Operations, /Investment Accounting / Mortgage Accounting and Indirect tax, preferably in the insurance industry and for multiple companies.

- Strong understanding of relevant tax laws and the ability to research the same.

- Operations processing experience and P&L reporting would be advantageous.

- Experience with financial instruments within both domestic and global securities markets preferred

- Working knowledge on Trading and Investment Accounting systems in insurance industry is preferable

- Responsible for meeting close deadlines with high accuracy and minimal rework

- International exposure to F&A Outsourcing environment.

- Experience in the Insurance and Financial Services sector.

- Strong Communication - written and verbal

- Effectively balance quality, timeliness and productivity standards

- Provides management with accurate and timely financial reports.

- Good analytical skills

- Good Computer navigation and MS Excel skills

- Comprehension skills - should be able to read, interpret business documents

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

- Ability to multi task and handle adverse situations in a professional and calm manner.

- Qualified Accountant; Any certification in insurance/reinsurance life/LOMA, etc. preferred.

- Valid Passport is mandatory.
