Recruitment Drive for Manager/Senior Manager - General Analytics
- Diversity candidates preferred for the recruitment drive in the first week of August'19. Resume shortlisted candidates would receive a communication from the HR.
- Must have experience on SAS, R or python.
- Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources.
- Experience writing advanced SAS code statements, models, and macros.
- Experience with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching, need to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions.
- Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
- Should be able to understand the business requirements and match it with data structure.
- Ability to design the solution for complex business problems using appropriate statistical tools/technique.
- Good to have experience and knowledge of statistical modeling techniques: GLM multiple regression, logistic regression, log-linear regression, variable selection, etc.
- Organize and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of analyst and data employees and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and leadership to team on generating insights from the available data.
- Making recommendations and communicating results to Clients.
