Level : Manager/ Sr. Manager

Location : Gurgaon/Noida

Requirements :

Key Skill & Competency :

- Around 5 to 10 years experience in Analytics domain

- Hands-on experience in executing advanced analytics projects (logistic regression, Decision Tree) using R.

- Knowledge on statistics and ability break down complex scenarios to management solutions.

Soft Skills & Behavioral :

- Strong Analytical aptitude (Should be able to make sense out of numbers).

- The candidate must have good communication & logical thinking skills.

- Will liaise between the onshore & offshore team 

- Team player with ability to work in fast-paced cross-functional team setup

- Day to Day team management tasks (e.g. Appraisals, regular feedbacks, resource allocation, training needs etc.)

- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders

- Strong leadership and mentoring traits & ability to lead a team of 2-3 analysts.
