EXL Service - Consultant 2 - R/Python Modeling - Insurance Domain

Job Requirements

- Advanced understanding of statistical analysis and experienced in developing machine learning models

- Ability to apply analytics in all aspects of business

- Preferred experience in Insurance domain

- Work with large datasets residing in different data stores and in different format

- Experience with building insights using varied/alternate data sources

- Move seamlessly between business problems and analytics coding

- Present complicated analytical solutions to non-technical audience

- Readiness to work in highly results oriented and fast changing landscape

They should also be good in handling SQL, Oracle or other relational databases.

- Ability to analyze, identify trends and association on large volume of data

Skillset Required

- Fluency with R or Python and commonly used Machine learning algorithms

- Fluency with Excel, Relational database (SQL/PLSQL)

- Data gathering, research and analytical abilities to develop insightful conclusions and generate solutions

Candidate Profile:

- At least 4 years of Analytics experience

- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to multitask and adapt to change in a fast pace environment
