Level-Business Analyst/ Senior Business Analyst

Location- Gurgaon

Shift Timings- 11AM-8PM

Group Introduction:

The open positions are with Risk Capabilities team within Risk Architecture and Modelling (RAM) group. The primary responsibility of Risk Capabilities is risk strategy implementation and system testing for Acquisitions, Existing Card Members and Fraud platforms.

The individual will be working with Risk Capabilities within the RAM organization for North America Cards Risk Management.

Responsibilities:

The Risk Capabilities team is looking for individuals to work as senior test analysts to support the testing platform for Cards. Responsibilities will include understanding the risk policy requirements and test the programs/codes the have been created to implement the risk strategy. Create and optimize the test script to ensure risk policy is thoroughly tested before it goes to production and document end to end testing support.

The individual is expected to execute a sound testing methodology and support proficiency in defect management, work on post implementation validation, adapt to the emerging testing procedures and validate its efficacy in supporting the new acquisition platform. The individual would have to adhere to fast moving implementation schedule for multiple releases across the year.

Skills/Qualifications:

- 3 - 5 years of work experience In Blaze tool for analyzing credit policies in financial services industry(1-5 yrs)

- Engineering from a top tier college in India (B.E/B.Tech or MCA from top college in India)

- Hands on testing experience (i.e. Black Box, Functional, Regression)

- Strong Knowledge of HP quality center

- 1-2+ years hands on SQL programming experience - (preferred but not mandatory)

- SAS experience is preferred

- In depth knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, word and PowerPoint)

- Good communication skills and ability to articulate simple but concise approach

- Ability to think critically and analytically

- Ability to see individual tasks through to completion in a timely manner

- Ability to work effectively in a high pressure organization with multiple deadlines
