EXL Service - AVP - Marketing Analytics - SAS/R/Python

1. 7-10 years of experience in total. At least 5 years in Analytics at a captive or recognized 3rd party

2. Masters in Stats/OR or MBA is good to have but not a must

3. Tier I institute is good to have but not a must

4. Experience in managing an offshore team (5-10 individuals) with a US or UK client.

5. Consultative mindset and problem solving approach; Strong communication skills

6. Good experience in SAS, Treenet, Predictive Modeling techniques like Segmentation, etc.
