- Prepare communications plans for various initiatives that include key messages, benefits, key audiences and stakeholders and a communications implementation timeline  - Maintain and develop relationships with journalists, trade organizations and associations  - Assist in the development and maintenance of relationships with partners through ongoing interaction, product and strategy update and follow-up with key partner contacts  - Establish messaging / positioning, value proposition and marketing objectives that are appropriately aligned with the organization’s business objectives  - Manage relationships internally with domain experts and leadership for timely inputs and perception management; ensure queries from the media are resolved timely and with relevant messaging for the company  - Devise, develop and implement internal communications programs to support organizational objectives  - Play a leading role in shaping the content, tone and mode of delivery of key messages to all internal audiences.   - Ensure the consistent and accurate delivery of key business messages with defined internal audiences  - Managing the established channels for communications with the employees and establishing new channels to improve the impact   - Assist in devising and executing communication strategies for campus engagement programs such as case study contests, in partnership with business and functions   - Explore and create opportunities for guest lectures and faculty interaction with identified institutes  - Manage the communication campaign to attract applicants for business management program in partnership with IIM Lucknow  - Lead the marketing efforts of EXL Acumen Business Strategy Case Study contest for Indian Institutes of Management  - Evaluate sponsorship and other opportunities to participate in events, conventions, journals, newsletters and any other outlet of such campuses  - Manage the careers section on the corporate website and develop pages for campus connect programs
