- Ensure smooth function of welfare resources i.e. canteen, transportation, uniforms etc.
- To ensure and follow proper Disciplinary Proceedings
- Reduce overall absenteeism
Key Activities :
- Monthly Review as per Check List
- Monthly meeting of WC and fast remedy of their problems, if any
- Monthly Review as per Check List
- Follow PR calendar
- As per schedule
- Monthly meeting of welfare committee
- Preliminary investigations, issue of Charge sheet/Show cause notice and other steps of Disciplinary Proceedings
- Counseling, Disciplinary Action etc.
