Position Summary :
Work with the VP - Human Resources to design and execute the Performance Management, C&B, & HR Automation strategy for the organization.
Key Accountabilities :
- Driving and influencing key HR processes within the business (Performance Management, Compensation Management, HR Automation)
Working relations include interactions with :
- Senior Management Team members to discuss on HR issues, clarify on queries
Payroll team - For payroll inputs and related queries
C&B team - To drive PMS, Appraisal and Increment cycles
- Members of the Leadership Team
