POSITION TITLE: Lead Area Training Manager
BUSINESS UNIT: Sales Tied Agency
REPORTING TO: General Manager - AMC Development, Business & Competency Development
NO OF REPORTERS: 6
LOCATIONS: Regional Offices - Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi & Kolkata
Position Summary (Comprehensive summary of what the job exists to accomplish) :
- LATM will lead the Region in terms of FC development and engagement. LATM will roll out inductions and high-end programs and guide team of ATMs in driving FC productivity through Promotions and Contract Maintenance.

- Financial Consultant's Confirmations
- Agency Manager and above Promotions
- Roll out of High-End Programs viz. KBI, AMIP etc.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required for the position) :
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Tied Agency Background
- Knowledge on functioning of variable channel
- Team Handling Skills(Preferable)
