Position Summary :
Recruitment Specialist with experience in the Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection. Hands on experience of managing end-to-end campus hiring
Key Accountabilities :
- Recruitment BAU processes - Sourcing, screening, organizing interviews, capturing feedback,
- MIS & reporting - Weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and dashboards
- Maintaining targets on source of hire and cost per hire
- Working relations include interactions with,
- Senior Management Team members to discuss on various open positions
- Vendors for overall recruitment vendor management
- Managing campus recruitment cycle from end to end
- Campus calendar preparation
- Facilitating campus hiring program
- Campus branding initiatives
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications :
- MBA in Human Resources
- 3 to 5 years of HR experience
Personal Attributes & Competencies
- Excellent oral & written communication
- Analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of HR concepts specifically in recruitment
- Attention to detail
- Networking and stakeholder management skills
- Managing campus processes
