POSITION DESCRIPTION : 

POSITION TITLE: Deputy Manager/Manager/Sr. Manager - Sales Support

BUSINESS UNIT: Sales Support-Direct Channel

REPORTING TO: General Manager - Sales Support

NO OF REPORTEES: NA

LOCATION : Bangalore

Position Summary : 

- Contribute in the business planning process for the channel and by providing insights on past performance and the potential of the channel

- Create and implement effective strategies/ best practices from the industry to improve channel productivity

- Track and monitor the channel on key performance parameters

Key Accountabilities : 

- Create innovative multi parameter based R&R program to broad base participation and thereby increase the employee activation

- Launch, promote, track and fulfill the R&R programs for the Channel

- Manage overall issuance process and 13th month persistency

- Actively track and manage Performance Management System

- Maintain and publish all related MIS

- Analytics

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position) :
