Position Summary
- Handling Management Reporting, analysis of results and cost management
Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned)
- Management Reporting
Timely preparation of Management reports ( Monthly MIS, Distribution performance reports Board Meeting preparation, Industry performance report ( monthly, quarterly and annual)
- Business Analysis
Analysis of new business (detailed distribution level) and renewal performance analysis (detailed persistency analysis).
Life Industry performance analysis.
Qlikview application management
- Cost Management
Operating Expenses planning (Coordinating the annual operational planning; ensuring timely communication of the planning schedules and guidelines; collection and storage of agreed key performance indicators
Operating Expenses Reporting - Timely reporting of Operating expenses to stakeholders
Cost Benefit analysis (Responsible for translating agreed operational assumptions to costs and benefits assumptions.
Monitoring and reporting project budgets and realisations
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
Qualifications (Desired) : MBA from reputed institute
Experience: 8-10 Years
