Exp- 12-18 Yrs (Relevant experience in an industry dealing with chemicals in QA function , preferably with knowledge of Quality Management System and knowledge of modern Quality Tools.)
Qualification -B.Tech (Chem/Mech)

- Ensuring compliance as per laid down quality norms & procedures.
- Internal & Warranty Defect reduction
- Data / Defect analysis & implementation of corrective/preventive actions with CFT
- Customer satisfaction
- Ensuring Zero PPM, Timely response, Closure of complaints, if any.
- Implementation of Quality Systems
- Ensuring compliance to TS 16949, Improvement & Implementation of Quality Systems as per Customer Specific Requirements.
- New Product Development
- Coordination with OEM / Marketing / R&D and Factory
Change Management
- Coordination with OEM / R&D / Marketing / Plastic Cell / Factory
- Subordinate Development
- Interaction & Involvement with subordinates for self development & taking higher responsibilities
- Training and Development of the employees in the factory
- Continual Improvement
- Kaizens/SGAs
- Reduction of Warranty failure
- Analysis of failure mode and initiation of corrective and preventive action to ensure the same.
Improvement in metal yield and scrap
- Analysis, action initiation and review (PDCA CYCLE)

- Training and Development of the employees in the factory
- Vendor development to ensure right quality product , at right time with right cost
- Periodic audit and educate vendor for quality system up gradation.
