Job Roles and Responsibilities

- Meeting reporting requirements and provide management with commentary in the form of Executive Management Reporting system and ensuring completeness, accuracy and timeliness of Management Accounting and reporting.

- Monitoring and identifying opportunities for reduction of operating working capital management.

- Responsible for managing the Cash flows and Cash estimations and interact with Functional heads to plan ahead.

- Ownership of activities of Corporate & Factory Accounting, B2B commercials, Treasury, Indirect Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Receivables and Payables Accounting.

- Build Strong Processes & Financial Controls, Functionally & and embrace best industry practices in his working.

- Make relevant inputs available for Monthly Functional review to keep everyone informed on both Operational & Financial Metrics.

- Closely work with Finance Planning team on inputs on Annual Business Op. plan & Actuals towards Rolling Forecasts with variances.

- Ownership of Tax compliances both Direct & Indirect, yearly annual returns within stipulated timelines.

- Responsible for Statutory & Mgt. Audit activities.

- To improvise Monthly reporting in order to facilitate the prompt decision on any areas requiring quick fix / relook.

- Keeping himself/herself updated with economic, financial to fulfill the requirements of this job from the controls point of view.

Position Goals

- Drive Controlling in F&A function and contribute to the Commercial overview on B2B business transactions, Cash flow Planning, Monitoring Working Capital Metrics.

- Organize and manage activities of Finance including active support to Plant Ops & Finance team.

- Coordinating tasks related to internal control and strive for continuous Process improvisation and drive financial consciousness at each activity of the company.

- Responsible for Monthly/Annual MIS to Stake holders, be it Functional Heads and Board members.

- Risk Management & timely adherence to Statutory Compliances.

- Oversee Statutory / Internal Audit and build capabilities wrt. Transfer pricing.

- Complement the Legal person with Controlling and drive nil Tolerance on managing compliance on a Cloud-based Tool.

- Build & Monitor controls wrt. Salesforce CRM tool & display comfort in adaptability to Technologies like Tableau.

Requirements

1. Qualification - Chartered Accountant (ICAI institute, India)

2. Professional Knowledge/Specific Training

- Good Knowledge of I-GAAP/ Direct Tax & Indirect Tax laws

- Knowledge of Budgeting & Planning techniques

- Worked on Plant Accounting

3. Experience

- Preferably 5 - 7 yrs prior Manufacturing Experience and working in SAP environment is the must. SAP ERP implementation skills are preferable

- Orientation on any other BI tool will be added advantage
