We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join the MD Office. You would be handling one or more processes and owning their outcomes from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include Execution, Training, Performance Tracking, and Making Improvements among other things. You will have to be versatile in handling multiple concurrent projects for multiple stakeholders with a quality-focused approach. You should have knowledge of working with big data and deriving insightful information through modeling and analysis. You should be skillful in designing MIS for the management to track KPIs of various departments.
- Take end-to-end ownership of multiple strategic initiatives from ideation till launch
- Prepare business requirement document, workflows, project charter, Value Stream Mapping, project plan and track activities till their closure
- Resolve project bottlenecks and challenges and ensure completion within stipulated timelines
- Define the approach for all the actionable steps. Work autonomously and be willing to roll-up sleeves to get the job done
- Work closely with senior stakeholders for project review, status, and course corrections or improvements if any. Liaison with cross-functional team members for the execution of companywide projects
- Be a SPOC in presenting monthly MIS to the CEO/MD and carve out action plans for improvement (CAPA) after doing RCA of each KPI failure
- Should have hands-on experience in handling huge data sets and exhibit expertise in generating data-driven insights
- Analyse and churn data into meaningful outputs helping the CEO with strategic decision-making. This would include designing, implementing, and improving statistical models, Business Intelligence, and other analytical tools
- Be a driver in driving process excellence initiatives after carefully doing the cost-benefit analysis and improving the cost, time, or quality metrics using Lean or Six-sigma. Be a flagbearer of change management
- Provide mentorship, support, and constructive feedback and resolve queries raised by the team. Incorporate Exicom's culture of continuous improvement
- Proactively identify risks to programs, innovate solutions to mitigate risks and escalate risks and quality issues as required, at the same time
Required Skills (Functional & Behavioral Skills)
- 3-7 years of work experience, at least 1-2 years in consulting
- Exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills. First principles person
