- As an Exhibitor Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to expand our exhibitor base for various events.
- Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential exhibitors, engage them through strategic outreach, and secure their participation at our events.
- This role requires a dynamic individual who is adept at sales, negotiation, and relationship building.
- The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the event industry and possess the ability to match exhibitor offerings with event themes and attendee interests.
Key Responsibilities :
Exhibitor Recruitment : Proactively identify and recruit new exhibitors by researching industry trends, attending related events, and leveraging networks.
Sales and Negotiation : Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed exhibitor acquisition targets. Negotiate contracts and terms of participation with exhibitors.
Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential exhibitors. Serve as the main point of contact for exhibitor inquiries, providing exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction and long-term participation.
Market Research : Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for exhibitor growth and to stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and event planning teams to ensure alignment of exhibitor offerings with event themes and attendee interests.
Exhibitor Support : Assist in the development of exhibitor packages, promotional materials, and support services to enhance exhibitor value and satisfaction.
Reporting : Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline, and exhibitor feedback to inform strategy adjustments as necessary.
