DIRECTOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT - SDLC/AGILE

Job Duties:

1) Core Project Management with focus on delivering product based solutions.

2) Candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in IT industry with significant track record in core design and development.

3) 8-10 years in software development with significant technical contributions.

4) He / she should have focus on delivering robust solutions.

5) Should be able to provide thought-leadership to key accounts and ensure successful delivery.

6) Thorough understanding of software service delivery, advocate OUR services and solutions to internal & external clients.

7) High level of expertise in moulding a project development team and delivering high-customized solutions. Expertise in project estimation, tracking and delivery a must.

8) Hands-on experience in Microsoft based Platforms & tools. (ASP.Net, C#, VB.Net, SQL Server) with strong BFSI Domain expertise.

9) Significant strengths in database perspective a huge-plus.

10) Good organizational and team building skills.

11) Candidates from a high-end delivery management background preferred.

12) Strong technical skills in agile SDLC. Hands on experience with Jira or modern SDLC tools.

13) Strong hands on devops skills in CI and CD. Cloud native development skills with Azure preferred. Test automation and experience building automation frameworks.

14) Must be able to mentor and coach junior team members and create an environment where technical growth is enabled for other team members.

15) We are looking for a strong Technical and project management knowledge individual who can manage a set of team members.

16) Key focus of this resource should be on handling cloud based solution and Experience on migration from platform to platform.

Qualification: Bachelors/Master's in Computer Science engineering or related field.
