Financial Analyst - Functional

Financial Analyst - CA Preferred but not mandatory.

- Demonstrate the ability to understand business process

- Review Master Sales Agreements / Statement of Works to analyze any gap in actuals

- Thorough understanding and interpretation of Financial Statements

- Ability to interpret and analyze the financial statements

- Demonstrate understanding of Costing Principles & Techniques and spearhead effective cost management practices.

- Expertise in Financial Planning and Budgeting

- Perform Variance Analysis and explore cause and effect of such findings

- At least 1 ERP Implementation knowledge experience will be an added advantage

- Evaluate financial Process, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing & implementing solutions.

- Leading ongoing reviews of financial processes and developing optimization strategies.

- Performing requirements analysis including gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

- Documenting and communicating the above mentioned requirement in a crisp and clear manner.

- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team- members and management.

- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

- Performing User Acceptance Testing.

- Should adhere to internal control policies and procedures and play a lead role in evolving metrics.

EXPERIENCE : Minimum of 15 to 20 years in Financial & Business Analysis especially in ERP Implementation will be an added advantage (preferably SAPByD or SAP)

OTHER SKILLS :

- Excellent Communication & Inter-personal skills.

- Team Player with strong focus in team building & mentoring.

- Exposure to Financial systems like SAP, JD Edwards etc. would be advantageous

- Proficient in MS Office suite.

EDUCATION : Bachelors Degree & Post graduation .
