Job Summary:
- As an experienced Logistics/Courier/Transportation Sales Manager - Individual Contributor, you will play a crucial role in achieving revenue targets, acquiring new clients, and driving business growth for our company, which specializes in B2B express logistics services by air and road.
- You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring your performance meets or exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies: Create and execute plans to expand market share and achieve revenue goals in the B2B express logistics sector.
- Business development: Identify and pursue opportunities for business development, including new markets, products, and partnerships specifically within the B2B express logistics services by air and road.
- Client relationship management: Establish and maintain relationships with key B2B clients, understand their needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales performance monitoring: Track your sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for management review.
- Market analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape within the B2B express logistics industry to inform sales strategies.
