Maaverick Hunters is retained by a MNC Bank for recruitment process. Our client is currently hiring for requirement of Executive VP - HR for Mumbai location.

Below given are the details:

- Heading the HR Function

- Providing end to end HR support to all retail business groups mainly Consumer Finance, Health Insurance, Securities & Commodities verticals.

- Drive the HR initiatives and be responsible for the expansion plan of the Business Units.

- Ensure appropriate resourcing, capability planning, design for all retail businesses through various initiatives.

- Design and Implement Talent Acquisition strategies for all skill sets

- Performance and Compensation Management.

- Develop and Implementation of Training & Development

- Implementation of Core HRIS system
