Talent Acquisition Executive skilled at using various tools of recruitment, a good eye for talent and the super power to attract skilled candidates.

- Candidates with excellent knowledge in Technical hiring through various platforms and social media, good with multiple sourcing skills like job portals, Social Networks & References are prefered.

- Talent Acquisition Executive will play a critical role in fast paced, high volume sourcing and recruiting through creating and posting ads on internet and other mediums, utilizing research, telephone cold calling, personal networking, internal/external sourcing, candidate database querying, Internet mining.

- Eager beaver- attitude and an obsession with deadlines, experience in building relationships with Hiring mangers and technical teams, will be the drivers for this role.

- The selected candidate is responsible for Identifying and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization using traditional & non-traditional means of recruiting.

you would have the opportunity to harness and develop your skill to the next level. Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible to acquire right talent through Social Media platforms.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- You will be identifying the best mix of resources to source top talent using social media, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources

- Manage the entire recruitment life-cycle including sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate/client communication and negotiations.

- Communicate with business unit heads to clarify requirements and overcome obstacles to meet the organization goals

- Your forte would be to Source & Screen profiles, shortlist the candidates in preliminary rounds

- Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager and the business functions to plan and implement effective recruiting strategies

- Create and manage relationships with Colleges/ Universities for campus recruitment

- You will learn and develop external candidate sourcing methodologies including partnering with community agencies, search firm liaison activities and internet tools utilization.

REQUIREMENTS :

You are the right fit if you are :

- A dynamic recruiting professional with 1 - 5 years of high performance recruiting experience.

- Very good understanding of the business deliverables of the resources with in very less time

- Possess overt persuasion and negotiation skills

- Excellent relationship building and networking skills

- Having Good understanding of IT / Software skills and Technologies. Prior experience in recruiting core IT / Software profiles is a must.

- Accountable for meeting all hiring targets while ensuring process accuracy / compliance

- Any Graduate / MBA with rich experience in IT Recruitment

We are open to multiple domain specific specialist

Should have experience in Technical Recruitment (Assessment based hiring will be added advantage)

Salary offered: 5 - 13 LPA
