Job Description:
- Handling end to end recruitment process.
- Screening the candidates and conducting the initial interview process.
- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
- Provide proactive support in Organizational design and man power planning, with particular focus on effective succession planning.
- Responsible for recruitment of talent across various functions like Projects, HR, Commercial etc..
- To identify and partner with various recruitment consultants in the Middle East, South East Asia, USA and UK for hiring of talents from across the globe.
- To interact with line managers to understand the position requirements and prepare Job descriptions as per their needs.
- To understand internal hiring needs and ensure closure of positions within the target time and a located budget.
- Ensure quality delivery within time lines as per the strategy.
