Role Summary: Processing of payroll, Management of existing process linked Payroll management, Flexi Pay management, Employee Onboarding, Process Audits, Recommend enhancements in Payroll management, Time bound reporting - Statutory and MIS preparation.

- Monthly Process Audits
- Recommend enhancements in Payroll management
- Ensure that joining formalities, documentation and on boarding for all employees. Liason with zonal spocs to ensure manage deadlines.
- Timebound reporting - Statutory and MIS preparation
- Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and process changes.
- Candidate should be worked with reputed organization and have experienced in end to end payroll management, Onboarding management.
- Flexi Pay Management
- Creative thinker and Project management experience
- Process development and implementation key skills
- Statutory compliance in following areas
- Income tax online return filing and other filing revised correction TDS returns etc.
- End to end Payroll process knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
