Job Purpose : To Support Group Manager HR with Talent Acquisitions and HR Operations for Corporate Employees.
Responsibility :
- End to End Recruitment from sourcing, HR Interviews, scheduling with Stakeholders, documentation, taking hiring approvals, Offer Generation and release.
- Onboarding and Induction plan for new joiners in the Corp.
- Monitoring and facilitation of Confirmation and Long Service Awards (LSA) within the Corp population
- Data Management and preparation of profile sheet (updated) on real time basis.
- Preparation of Hiring tracker every week and keeping the Business Head updated.
- Weekly Interactions with employees to understand their work and development.
- Play a key role in Global Finance Leadership hiring (GFL Program) end to end. CA Campus
- Hiring CA Industrial Trainees as per hiring SOP
Skills/Qualifications :
- MBA from Tier 2/3 B School
- Minimum 2 years' experience.
