Role :
- Independently manage staffing of various teams
- Identifying right people for the right projects
- Bench management, resource fulfilment
- Forecasting ad-hoc/permanent staffing needs
- Creating resource tracker, updating resource availability
- Coordinating with senior stakeholders on regular basis to understand staffing requirements and find appropriate solutions
Experience :
- 3-6 years of experience in staffing, resource management
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Strong stakeholder management experience
