Executive/Section Head - Production - Paint Company

- To Head the section

- Responsible for all production activity for the section on day to day basis ( General Industrial, HPC, Coil Coating, paint - bulk / Paint - filling / SOD/ Resin / Stiff / Waterbase etc- )

- Production planning in the department and machine wise scheduling

- Job allocation to the team members Monitoring of work progress and reporting to Production Manager

- Monitoring & maintaining all documents, equipment, discipline, house keeping and safety of the department.

- Collect data of equipment and machineries for evaluation of performance

- Highlight all deviation, stoppages and anticipated blockages to Production Manager & WM

- Manage inventory of the production consumable at the shopfloor

- Release equipment for routine overhauling and maintenance

- Ensure timely SAP update on RM consumption, production declaration
