- Responding to mails
Planning & Maintaining Chairman Schedule:
- Chairman calender maintenance
- inform chairman on meetings
Administration related activities:
- Office management
- Travel management
Requirement:
- Diploma in Secretarial Practice or Degree in Mass Communication / English.
- Minimum 3 years experience handling Top executive office
- Good in Typing and English with good understanding of English grammar
