Qualifications :

MBA with Science background & Computer Proficiency. Exception can be made for right and relevant candidate from related industry even if qualification is not as mentioned/desired here, so please go ahead and apply.

Other relevant inputs:

a) This position reports to the Quality Manager/Management . He/She will also have team of direct reportees (Sample collector).

b) Travelling : This position involves travel. he/she should also have own conveyance for travelling to build clients and achieve revenue targets.

c) Compensation : Apart from salary, it may have a bonus/incentive.

d) The organization is known for its high ethics and values apart from the relevant hygiene factors which are all in place. It is part of very stable organization where employees have spent couple of years at a stretch with excellent leadership.

Key Purpose of the Job:

Marketing of various activities of Test House to develop industrial customers, associates, corporate for who shall provide various food, feed, dairy, packaged and drinking water, seeds, edible oil, soil, spices, flour, confectionary, composts/vermicompost, herbal products and agricultural based products samples for their quality control and quality assurance on continuous basis to make business unit financially sustainable.

Key Responsibilities (Indicative) :

a. Yearly budget planning and ensuring the revenue targets month on month basis.

b. Preparation of various literatures, digital mode for marketing R&D Centre and Test House activities.

c. Development of clientele and business in Delhi, NCR and other parts of India, maintenance of their database.

d. To do market research to understand the need of customers and updating the Organization.

e. To ensure the target-based supply of various food, feed, milk and milk products, dairy products, medicinal plants and herbal products, packaged and drinking water, edible oil, spices, flour, confectionary, composts/ vermicompost and others samples for physical, chemical and microbiological analysis.
