Responsibilities:

- The role will be responsible for presenting Hypothesize, research, and strategic recommendations to a an Executive Audience

- Craft multi-audience content pieces such as dashboards and scorecards on regular basis to enable identification of opportunities to innovate and improve. Driving end-to-end development and delivery of executive and management updates through the design and review cycles

- Drive data reliability, consistency, and adherence to report structures and timelines

- Uphold and develop standards and processes to ensure that data is being collected, maintained, and modeled in a way that makes its retrieval efficient for analysis

- Analyze internal and external data, synthesize raw information into insights, recommendations, dashboards, and reports

- Support any ad-hoc reporting to support business groups in various senior executive business partner and committee meetings

- Creative development of self-serve visual analytical tools, PowerPoint slides, visualization and graphical reporting and other design principles to convey the intended business key messages

- When responding to an emerging business problem, is comfortable balancing the need for complete information vs. the need for timely recommendations

- Work on multiple projects, and in an environment that requires collaboration with a shifting set of stakeholders, depending on the project needs

- Influence and engage senior leaders and stakeholders, in order to focus efforts on and work collaboratively on solutions

- Identify, define, manage, and drive ad-hoc special projects and initiatives that are cross-functional and strategic to the company.

- Build a thorough understanding of all areas of the business - operations, government relations, product, ops - to determine priorities of the CEO through weekly meetings and identifying opportunities to increase the leadership team and the company's effectiveness in execution.

- Drive executive-level operations - strategic and OKR planning, business reviews, and Board meetings.

- Facilitate effective decision-making throughout the organization.

- Execute upon the CEO's most critical priorities

- Oversee the end-to-end execution of key projects such as strategies for the business verticals, branding and external communication, business forecasting and projections, investor reporting, etc.

- Working with CEO on creating Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and key goals

- Helping CEO with regular business reviews (product, metrics, team and strategy)

- Running PMO for core central projects-

- Working closely with key influencers and decision makers across the organization to shape positive outcomes and impact business growth, define and optimize processes

- Exposure to building solutions using Apache Kafka, Confluent Platform is desired.

- Deep understanding of Financial Services organizations is preferred

- Good knowledge of Agile ways of working
